We, the above listed agree to take all necessary care and precautions with regards to the above-mentioned Dog for the duration of his or her life, effective at the date nominated below. I also agree to pay any fines/fees etc incurred whilst the dog is in my custody. This includes any breaches of the relevant local council regulations or laws (such as the dog being found "at large"), the dog being impounded or being injured.

Please be aware that we cannot give refunds simply because you change your mind. In line with DELWP regulations, a 75% refund will be given within the first 72 hours. Refunds after 72 hours will be given at our discretion.

I also agree to pay any fines/fees etc incurred whilst the cat is in my custody. This includes any breaches of the relevant local council regulations or laws, the cat being impounded or being injured.

Homeless Hounds Rescue reserves the right to reclaim the above-named cat at any time during the pre-adoption period should it be deemed necessary.
